Product Introduction

We supply 2 Axles 30CBM Rear Tipper Dump Semi Trailer,30/40/45/50CBM 2/3/4/5 Axles Rear Tipper Dump Semi Trailer, which is normally used to transport unpacked and bulk goods, such as coal, ore, sand and construction materials and etc. We support designing and production according to customers’ different needs, such as sizes, axles, suspensions, box types and capacity.

Bottom and top plate of the dumper trailer would be designed according to international transport standards and different country needs. Normally we would use 8mm and 6mm thickness plat steel to match the heavy loads’ usage, with high resistance, enabling maximum efficiency in any road and weather conditions. The bucket body is made of durable steel, which can withstand the wear and impact of 450HB. The end cover is connected with an adjustable spring that can be opened and closed from the bottom. 

Double-plate main beam for heavy-duty dump trailer, which have stronger carrying capacity, it is not easy to damage. The lattice structure of side borads ensure ort trailers more solid and tough. Besides, stiffeners and unique structural design can help our rear tipper trailers to maximize payload. The widened and thickened leaf spring are also helpful to shock absorption.
